Job Details: * 36 hours/week * Clinic Hours: M-F 8am-5pm * Call: 1:4-1:5 * OR blocking Clinical Services: •Procedures for the department include: o Obstetric: routine delivery, complicated delivery, low risk pregnancy, high risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation, ultrasounds, first trimester, screening, amniocentesis, repair of third and fourth degree lacerations, and newborn resuscitation o Gynecologic: office/minor gynecology, colposcopy, cryotherapy, surgical gynecology, urodynamics, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, diagnostic/operative, laser certification, sonohysterogram, cancer surgery, infertility surgery, and cystoscopy Department Summary: • Annual deliveries: ~400 • Average # of patients/day: 20 • Primary section rate: 16% • Total section rate: 25% • The group is interested in becoming AIUM (American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine) certified, and would accept candidates with a desire to lead this project. • The department has radiologists on-call 24 hours/day, real-time x-ray interpretation available weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and 24-hour CT scans interpretation. http://htxt.it/8QID
